ONE DESIGN REVISION INCLUDED
Your customisation includes one revision after the first design is shown to you. Any further changes may incur an additional fee.

PLEASE NOTE
Customisation must be based on an existing Fixxture design and does not include a completely new design.

To order:

Add the existing Fixxture jewellery design you’d like to customise to your cart.
Add this Customisation Service to your cart and select the type of change you’d like from the dropdown.
At checkout, leave us a note with exactly what you’d like customised, such as your preferred length, colours, beads or gemstones.
We’ll review your request and get in touch via email if we need to confirm any details before we begin.

Some gemstones or specialty materials may incur an additional cost. We’ll always confirm this with you before making any changes.

Each order comes with a jewellery pouch, perfect for gifting or storing your jewellery safely between wears.

To keep your Fixxtures happy and healthy, store it at a dry/cool place.
Avoid contact with perfumes, water and direct sun exposure/heat. To clean any makeup, dirt or tarnishes from the jewelleries,
wipe gently with a soft damp cloth and allow it to dry fully before storing it away.

As each product is handmade, please allow 3 business days for us to carefully craft your jewellery before it ships.

Due to the nature of beads and handmade jewellery, slight variations in size, shape and colour may occur. We embrace these small differences as part of what makes each piece uniquely yours.
