Refund policy
Returns
We’re happy to accept returns on unworn jewellery in its original condition and packaging. The buyer will just need to cover return shipping. Please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery if you’d like to return something. After 3 days, we’re unable to issue refunds, returns, or replacements.
Custom or personalized pieces are made specially for you, so we can’t take those back unless something was damaged during shipping (which is very rare, but we’ve got you covered if it happens!).
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and send you an email to let you know it’s arrived. We’ll then notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your original payment method within a few business days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at fixxture.co@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to help.
