Send us your ideas, colour preferences, references or inspiration and we’ll work with you to create something uniquely yours.
You don’t need to have every detail figured out — we can help guide the design based on your ideas, preferences and budget.
MEET YOUR DESIGNER
Your bespoke piece will be personally designed by Jadeline, the founder and designer behind Fixxture.
With a BA in Fashion Design and experience working in the fashion design industry across New York City and Sydney, including designing for brands such as Marc Jacobs, Aje, Kivari and One Teaspoon, Jadeline brings her background in fashion, colour, materials and design development into every bespoke Fixxture piece.
YOUR DEPOSIT
The amount paid through this listing is a design deposit and will go towards the final price of your jewellery. Your deposit covers the initial consultation and allows us to discuss your ideas, understand what you’re looking for and determine what we’re able to create for you. Your original design deposit will be deducted from the final balance.
STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS
1. Start your bespoke piece
Once your deposit has been placed, your bespoke consultation will begin.
2. We’ll get in touch
We’ll reach out to you via email to chat about your ideas, preferred colours, materials, references, sizing and budget.
3. Design & quote
Once we understand what you’re looking for, we’ll let you know what we can achieve and provide an estimated final price. We’ll always do our best to work within your budget while keeping the design and materials in mind.
4. Confirm your design
Before we begin sourcing materials, creating prototypes or making your jewellery, the remaining balance will need to be paid.
5. Sourcing & design development
We’ll source any materials needed and begin developing your piece. Photos of the proposed design will be sent to you (prototype or sketch), with up to two revisions included. Any additional revisions beyond the two included will incur an additional charge.
6. Your jewellery is made
Once the final design is approved, we’ll complete your piece, carefully package it and send it your way.
TIMEFRAME
Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks from consultation to completion. More detailed designs, special material sourcing or complex requests may take longer. If we expect your piece to require additional time, we’ll let you know during the consultation.
PLEASE NOTE
Inspiration images are always welcome and are a great way to communicate the look or feeling you’re after. However, we do not directly replicate or copy another designer’s work.
What's Included with your order?
Each order comes with a jewellery pouch, perfect for gifting or storing your jewellery safely between wears.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
To keep your Fixxtures happy and healthy, store it at a dry/cool place.
Avoid contact with perfumes, water and direct sun exposure/heat. To clean any makeup, dirt or tarnishes from the jewelleries,
wipe gently with a soft damp cloth and allow it to dry fully before storing it away.
Processing Time
As each product is handmade, please allow 3 business days for us to carefully craft your jewellery before it ships.
Handmade Variations
Due to the nature of beads and handmade jewellery, slight variations in size, shape and colour may occur. We embrace these small differences as part of what makes each piece uniquely yours.
