Covid19 Shipping Notice -----
Due to the surge of online shopping, limited flights and border restrictions in certain countries, there are significant delays in delivery times.
Standard Parcel Post: currently tracking at 5-8 business days on average after posting
Express Post: currently tracking at 2-4 business days on average after posting
As there are border restriction and limited flights going around, please expect an additional 2-4 weeks delay on top of standard times. If you'd like to get your parcels sooner, please checkout with the express option.
Disclaimer: Fixxture.co will not be responsible for any lost parcel or damages once it is handed over to delivery services. It is buyer's responsibility to ensure that their shipping address is correct & accurate. All jewelleries will be shipped in a kraft jewellery box to protect your jewellery. Fixxture.co will not be responsible for any dented/damaged boxes & jewelleries. In the unlikely event, buyer should be aware of the risk of damage through courier services.
All orders on our website will be packaged in a box as "gift ready".
We are all about that twinkle in excitement while unboxing your handmade jewellery.
While we try to feed on that, we try our best to minimize packaging waste too.
Any bubblewrap in your package has been upcycled: i.e from mails we received personally. We'd love you to do the same!
All orders on our website will be packaged in an unbleached Kraft jewellery box, with paper tissue stuffing and a thankyou/jewellery card.

If you ordered multiple items and would like to minimize packaging waste, please let us know and leave a comment when you checkout. We will put all your orders in a single box for shipment instead.
Processing Times -----
We treasure the time we spend on our jewelleries. As we continually strive to produce wearable art in the time given, we need you to know that each piece goes through a meticulous process from raw material.
Each product has different processing time due to the nature of handmade, please allow 1-3 business days for us to work on your order (unless stated otherwise on our socials).
Please read the description on each product page to gauge the processing time.
If you have purchased multiple items, we will ship all products together accordingly. If you'd like to opt for quicker shipments for some of the products, buyer is responsible for extra delivery charge.
Delivery within Australia ------
Free Shipping on all orders when you spend $120 AUD and above.
Domestic orders will be sent via Australia Post with tracking, we offer flat rate shipping of standard $8 or $12 express shipping (next business day). You will be notified either by email or text message when your parcel is on its way.
You can track your package through the Australia Post website here.
If your parcel has been lost in transit you can contact Australia post on 13 76 78.
International Delivery ------
Free Shipping on all orders when you spend $150 AUD and above.
Malaysia - $8 AUD
Singapore - $8 AUD
Rest of the World - $19 AUD ($12 USD)

– NOTE: Most international shipping takes 5-15 workdays to be delivered – *Delivery times may vary depending on the time taken for the customs to clear your order. Due to Covid19, there has been significant delay in all international parcels due to border restrictions and less frequent flights. Please allow extra time for your parcels to be delivered. We will not be responsible for any delays once parcel is handed over to our courier.
Customs/ Import Duty ------
Buyers are responsible for any customs or import duties imposed. Please kindly refer to your country guideline regarding international purchases. We are not responsible for any delay or products held in any customs.
Returns/ Exchange ------
Fixxture jewelleries are all handmade, please allow slight variation between products. If there are any defects found on your jewellery, please email us email@example.com and send us a photo of the product within the first 3 days upon receiving your product. We will review it on case to case basis. Buyers are responsible for any delivery fee incur for returns, replacements or exchange. Initial delivery fee will not be refunded.
