Order Cancellations
Changed your mind? No worries — we can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.
Returns
We’re happy to accept returns on unworn jewellery in its original condition and packaging. The buyer will just need to cover return shipping. Please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery if you’d like to return something. After 3 days, we’re unable to issue refunds, returns, or replacements.
Custom or personalized pieces are made specially for you, so we can’t take those back unless something was damaged during shipping (which is very rare, but we’ve got you covered if it happens!).
Processing Times
We put a lot of care into every piece we make, so a little time is needed before your jewellery is ready to ship. Because each item is handmade, processing times can vary — usually between 1–5 business days (unless we share otherwise on our socials).
If you order multiple items, we’ll ship them together once everything is ready. If you’d like some items sent sooner, we’re happy to do that -- please leave a note at checkout and we will try our best to accelerate your order.
Imperfections (the handmade charm!)
Every piece is handmade, which means tiny quirks are part of their personality! Things like slightly irregular bead shapes, natural gemstone blemishes, or subtle color/size differences from what you see on screen are totally normal. Pearls especially are unique little gems — no two will look exactly the same (and that’s what makes them special).
Lost an earring?
It happens! Reach out to us and we will guide you to purchase one single earring to match replace the lost one.
Repairs & Care
Some of our designs are delicate and need a gentle touch. If parts are bent, scratched, or pulled too roughly, they may break. Please store and handle your pieces with care. If something does happen, let us know — we’re always happy to help with a repair or replacement where possible.
Shipping & Courier Issues
Once your order leaves us, it’s in the hands of the to the courier company. We can’t be responsible for delays, lost or stolen packages, or the time it takes the courier to scan your parcel.
